About ABLI Nigeria 2024

The vision for the African Biblical Leadership Initiative (ABLI) is to empower African leaders with biblical truths which will foster integrity in leadership. We believe this will lead to transformed nations that are founded on truth and characterized by love and justice. ABLI consists of various events and resources that have been developed with the goal of engaging with a broad audience of African leaders from the public, private, church and non-profit sectors. The ABLI forum serves as a hub for a growing community of practitioners who can support, encourage and mentor each other throughout the year by sharing information, examples and case studies of the successful application of God’s Word in their contexts.

This Year’s ABLI will be held in Nigeria under the theme "Value-based Leadership: Model for Africa".

Hon. Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng

- Former Chief Justice of South Africa

CONFERENCE THEME: Value-Based Leadership Model for Africa - 21st October 2024

Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng is a prominent South African jurist who served as the Chief Justice of South Africa's Constitutional Court from 2011 until his retirement in October 2021. He has been recognized for his contributions to constitutional law and human rights jurisprudence in South Africa.

Dr. Zienzi Dillon

CONFERENCE THEME: Value-Based Leadership Model for Africa - 21st October 2024

Dr. Zienzie Dillion is currently the CEO and founder of Global Capital and promoter for the Avid Bank Project. She is also the goodwill Ambassador for the African Union Development Agency to the USA. Dr. Zienzie also sits on the board for Cassava Holdings, Cassava Smarting, which is now Ecocash Holdings listed on the Zimbabwe stock exchange. As a multifaceted woman, she had valuable insights to share with us on this event. Most importantly, she wants women to be showing up authentically as themselves.

Justice Catherine Bamugemereire is a distinguished Ugandan judge known for her work in the field of law and justice. She has served in various capacities within Uganda's judicial system, including as a justice of the Court of Appeal of Uganda. Bamugemereire gained widespread recognition for her role as the Chairperson of the Commission of Inquiry into Land Matters in Uganda, where she led investigations into land-related issues and made significant recommendations to address land disputes and injustices.
